We hope you love your Peach Socks, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Because we are a small-batch, slow fashion brand, many of our items are limited in quantity. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Free of any damage, stains, or odors

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

📦 Please do not send back items without contacting us first.


2. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer store credit or a refund (if eligible).


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some of our pieces, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks that have been worn or tried on

  • Intimates or accessories that touch skin directly (e.g., gloves)

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Sale items marked as final sale


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number—we’ll make it right 💌


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped yet. After that, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
